Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based practice that focuses on the way your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect. CBT can help you identify and cope with specific challenges and helps you to become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way. CBT can be an effective tool to help anyone learn how to better manage stressful life situations, depression and anxiety.

A Modern Approach to Therapy
Most recently, therapy has shifted to telehealth. Telehealth has been as highly effective as in-person therapy but with the added convenience of being in the comfort of your own home. At this time Park West Wellness is providing all services remotely.
